Are your products genuine?

Yes! We specialise in providing official, certified collectibles. We buy all our Ty products directly from the official Australian importer to ensure every purchase is 100% genuine.

Can you make a custom Beanie Boo for me?

No, sorry! Ty Inc. in the US is the maker of all Ty products — all designs come directly from them.

How can I find a Beanie Boo that matches my birthday?

Each Beanie Boo has its own birthday, which we display on our website. We don't control the birthdays — they're set by Ty Inc. — but you can browse our range to find your perfect match!

How can I check if something is in stock?

Simple — if it's listed on our website, it's in stock and available to purchase right away!

Can you supply wholesale?

No, sorry — we are a retailer only.

Can I buy Beanie Boos in bulk?

Yes! Please email orders@beanieboosaustralia.com with requests for 20 or more of a product and we'll do our best to help.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 and over. For orders under $150, shipping rates start from $12. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes! Click & Collect is available Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (excluding Public Holidays) from our office at 3A Lynch Street, Hawthorn, VIC 3122. You'll receive a "Ready for Collection" email, usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, with most areas receiving their package within 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

While we primarily serve Australia, we can ship products virtually worldwide! Please contact us for a quote or to check for any international shipping restrictions on specific items.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We may offer a 14-day return guarantee on most new, unopened items at our discretion. If you need to return an item, please contact us or log in to your account to initiate the process.

What happens if I don't pick up my Click & Collect order?

Click & Collect orders are held for 14 days. If not collected within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover administrative and bank fees.

How should I clean my Beanie Boos?

Ty products should be surface cleaned only. We recommend using a damp cold washcloth or a baby wipe to gently spot-clean any soiled areas. Always allow your plush to air dry naturally.

Can I put my Beanie Boos in the washing machine?

We do not recommend using a washing machine or dryer — the heat and agitation can damage the delicate plush fabric and those iconic sparkly eyes! The only exception is Ty plush socks, which are designed to be machine-laundered.

Do Beanie Boos come with their heart tags?

Yes! Every collectible character comes with its original Ty heart-shaped tag, which includes the character's name, birthday, and a unique poem. 💖

Do you sell more than just Beanie Boos?

Absolutely! Our range includes Beanie Babies, Beanie Bellies, Beanie Bouncers, Squishy Beanies, and licensed collections like Paw Patrol and Marvel. There's something for every collector!
